Waitlist
Joining the BulaCore waitlist is a non-binding expression of interest. No charge is made, no contract is formed, no obligation accrues to either party. Founders 50 pricing terms apply only after a paid signup at public launch.
Platform use
Use of the BulaCore platform after public launch is governed by the subscription agreement signed at signup. Acceptable use, data ownership, support response times, and termination terms will be specified there. Until then, this page is a placeholder.
Limitation of liability
BulaCore is sold as-is and as-available during the Founders 50 pilot period. Ubitec System Solutions is not liable for losses arising from outages, data loss, or misconfiguration during the pilot. Production-grade SLA terms ship with v1 launch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Fiji law. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of Suva, Fiji.
