BulaCore is a product of Ubitec System Solutions, a Fiji-registered sole trader based in Suva. The platform is built locally — not a foreign product with a Fiji landing page — because business software for Fiji should start from how Fiji businesses actually trade. VAT 12.5% Code G handled at every line. M-PAiSA, MyCash and EFTPOS as first-class tenders, not "international" afterthoughts.
The platform is split into three modules — BulaPOS for the till, BulaBooks for invoicing and reconciliation, BulaLedger for double-entry accounting — so each surface gets the polish it deserves. They share a single ledger underneath so the books always tie out.

Support during pilot
Pilot customers get direct phone/WhatsApp support during business hours. Bug reports usually get a fix or workaround the same day. Onboarding is hands-on.
